Our calisthenics classes provide the perfect opportunity to learn and master a range of bodyweight exercises and techniques. Our knowledgeable instructors will provide step-by-step guidance, ensuring you progress at a comfortable pace while building strength, enhancing coordination, and boosting your overall fitness. Whether you’re just starting out or have some experience, our classes are tailored to accommodate all fitness levels.

Flexibility & Contortion

Our flexibility classes go by many names, but they will all guide you through various exercises to explore and increase your range of motion. In general, each class will work toward a specific peak pose, such as splits, wheel variations, forearm stands, etc.

Contortion classes focus on developing active flexibility and mobility, building muscle strength to hold postures. Deep stretch also has active flexibility and strength elements, but here we hold poses for longer to allow time for our muscles to stretch carefully and sustainably, without stressing the fascia.

Turn your world upside-down! Our handstand classes welcome all levels, from total beginners to more experienced hand balancers. We will work on strength and mobility especially for handstands, as well as focus on understanding the physicality of the perfect handstand alignment, which will allow you to break the rules and cook your own soup later on. Enrich your body and spatial awareness, improve your balance and strength, and discover a whole new perspective of the world — upside-down!

HIIT Pilates

This HIIT Pilates class for all levels switches between high-intensity cardio and Pilates intervals. One thing for sure: you will sweat and your muscles will burn! We will start the class by slowly going over the workout exercises of the day, which will at the same time warm up the body. We will go through alignment, breathing and precision of the exercises to provide a sustainable dynamic when we move to the high-intensity intervals. Finish with a relaxing cool-down and some stretching.

Warrior Woman Workout

Warrior Women is 45 minutes of combined high-intensity, low-impact workout based on functional martial arts movement. And it isn’t just for women! A full-body workout that can be adapted for beginners and high performers, Warrior Women connects you to ancient power for primal fitness. Developed by the creators of Pretty Deadly Self Defense.
