Flexibility & Contortion
Our flexibility classes go by many names, but they will all guide you through various exercises to explore and increase your range of motion. In general, each class will work toward a specific peak pose, such as splits, wheel variations, forearm stands, etc.
Contortion classes go deeper and can be taken by anyone looking to improve their flexibility, regardless of their level. The word contortion can often sound intimidating, when in reality it is a fun and rewarding form of flexibility training that you can implement into any floor and aerial-based disciplines. These classes are ideally taken in conjunction with other classes.

Full Body Fitness Workout
Welcome to our Full Body Fitness class! You will build athletic muscles and strengthen your cardiovascular system in this class. Jogging and pumping iron in the fitness center are very boring in the long run. Laughing and sweating together in a group setting is fun. Let your trainer push you to the next level and enter stress-free into the weekend with our Full Body Fitness class!

Handstands
Turn your world upside-down! Our handstand classes welcome all levels, from total beginners to more experienced hand balancers. We will work on strength and mobility especially for handstands, as well as focus on understanding the physicality of the perfect handstand alignment, which will allow you to break the rules and cook your own soup later on. Enrich your body and spatial awareness, improve your balance and strength, and discover a whole new perspective of the world — upside-down!
