Sometimes you just want to train on your own. Flow Motion Studio offers plenty of time and space for that! All of our instructors offer personal and private group coaching; inquire with them directly for more information. We also have open training sessions at the studio twice a week (check our schedule for the next session times), with an instructor on site for guidance if you need. For maximum flexibility, our studio is available to rent for private practice — just contact us to make a booking!
