Pilates

Pilates is a very effective way to balance the body and mind. In classes, we will work to deepen consciousness of deep muscles and strengthening the body center. It will be a complete body training that engages and sculpts every muscle group in a balanced, flowing way, helping to maintain a good healthy posture. Attention to breathing also helps to reduce stress and regulate energy.

Our Pilates class is suitable for people of all ages and backgrounds. Everyone can benefit from a Pilates workout in terms of strength, flexibility and body-mind connection.

Mondays with Matilde from 10:00 to 11:00.

FAQs

How should I prepare for a Pilates class? What should I bring?

We recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you can move in (regular sports clothes will do just fine), water, and a towel if you tend to get sweaty.

The studio provides yoga mats, blocks and belts, but you are welcome to bring your own equipment if you prefer.
