This workshop is for movers who already have some experience with handstands. If you can hold a handstand against the wall for 10 seconds, you’re ready to join!

Our goal is to provide challenging and inspiring material while ensuring everyone receives personal guidance. We’ll work on technique, control, and confidence — plus some playful exploration and conditioning!

What to expect:

  • Exercises & drills: Build strength and mobility for a solid handstand
  • Handstand technique & alignment: Improve balance, posture, and confidence upside-down
  • Spotting tips: Learn safe spotting techniques to refine your handstand with support
  • Small group format: Get personalized feedback to progress at your own pace
