In this class we’ll work on strength and mobility especially for handstands. Katharina’s approach to that is playful and includes some partner exercises. It can be broken down into three layers:

• Play to wake up your whole system, strengthen the body and sharpen the mind.
• Explore the variety of movements in your body related to the ground you’re practicing on. Explore the techniques and focus on a solid foundation.
• Sense your mind and emotional body while doing so.

Balancing on your hands is not just an anatomical phenomenon to explore, it’s more a mindfulness practice. A handstand, and especially the learning process of balancing on your hands, asks you to be fully present.

In her movement practice, Katharina @wampediboo combines elements from vinyasa yoga with more open movements and yoga-therapeutic aspects. She calls this “yoga out of the box”. Katharina wants to support you in exploring your own physical and mental body, your movements and possibilities, so that you find your own flow – from the mat into daily life. As a movement and meditation instructor in Berlin, she also hosts retreats, and gives 1:1 sessions.

This class incorporates themes of gaga warmup into a full hour of movement exploration. We find the core and extremities of the body, connecting the flow of emotions with the body to create an environment of full freedom in movement in self and space. There will be an intentional pursuit of new and natural pathways in the body in a practice of soaking and expressing through the assistance of music.

Cayce @cayce.movement is a professional contemporary dancer from the US who is now based in Berlin. She began her professional career dancing at Tulsa Ballet, then moved and joined the contemporary company Zion Dance Project. She has studied and taught movement research for the last several years, and deeply enjoys hosting a space for exploration and creativity. Cayce is also involved in many choreographic projects and performances, and she often hosts workshops in Berlin.

A slow and mindful practice designed to mobilize, stretch and relax the whole body and calm the mind. We will focus on the connection between breath and movement, gently moving through asanas and stretches. The practice will end with Yoga Nidra meditation, which induces deep relaxation and inner peace. All levels are welcome.

Marcelina @marcelinaliebner studied contemporary dance in Munich and Turin, performing at festivals across Germany and abroad. Now based in Berlin, she works as a performer, choreographer, and teacher, combining her background in dance, acting, and yoga. She trained in the Meisner Technique and is certified in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Yoga Nidra.

This gentle Vin-Yin morning class blends grounding yin poses with slow vinyasa flow to awaken body and mind. Each session begins with a short check-in, followed by meditation, breathwork, long-held yin poses, and a mindful flow to ease into movement. We close with shavasana, optional gentle touch*, and a short meditation.
Themes vary weekly, and modifications are always offered. Touch is consent-based and trauma-sensitive—your body, your choice. All are welcome in this safe, inclusive space.

Lena @balah_yoga is a social worker and yoga teacher trained in vinyasa and yin yoga. Her classes focus on mental health, balance, and mindfulness. She sees yoga as a way of life—a practice of pausing through breath, movement, and awareness. Outside the studio, she loves nature, sunshine, time with loved ones, and exploring different cultures through travel.

Start your day by connecting to your body and breath in a gentle and mindful way. In this morning vinyasa flow class we will steadily move through different asanas warming up both the body and mind for the day ahead. The different asana sequences call for groundedness, expansion, strength and softness. By tuning into the different qualities, sensations, and emotions present, we aim to cultivate energy, awareness and an inner kindness that we can carry with us throughout the day. This open level class will explore the subtleties and connection between movement and breath and create space for inner and anatomical alignment.

Julian @juliank.yoga is a yoga teacher, activist, and community organizer who creates space for connection—with self, others, and nature. After years of practice, he completed a 200-hour vinyasa training in Berlin and now guides classes that combine movement, breath, and meditation to foster presence and grounding.

This open-level class invites you into playful physical exploration through soft acrobatics, floor work, and improvisation. We’ll open the body and mind, explore movement qualities, and build toward free play — your own creative investigation. Think of it as expanding your movement vocabulary and learning to form your own physical sentences. It’s a great follow-up to Monday’s Movement Play class, but can also stand alone for anyone curious to explore.

This class is a combination of a structured ashtanga and flowy vinyasa practice. It usually starts with a short meditation and/or pranayama to connect with our breath and a deeper sense of ourselves. The first part of the asana practice generates some heat and gently prepares the body for more difficult poses. The last part consists of gentle stretches and relaxing poses to end with shavasana. Strength, stability, flexibility, a calm mind and a refreshed nervous system are the main benefits of this class. All levels are welcome.

Face yoga tones and strengthens facial muscles, helping to reduce wrinkles and promote a youthful glow. Combined with deep breathing and gentle movement, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and balanced.
Each session includes:
Face Yoga: Focus on forehead, eyes, cheeks, and chin
Oil Massage: Relaxing facial massage to release tension and boost radiance
Body Movement: Gentle yoga to ease the body
Breathwork: Deep breathing to calm mind and body
