Handstands

Turn your world upside-down! Our handstand classes welcome all levels, from total beginners to more experienced hand balancers. We will work on strength and mobility especially for handstands, as well as focus on understanding the physicality of the perfect handstand alignment, which will allow you to break the rules and cook your own soup later on. Enrich your body and spatial awareness, improve your balance and strength, and discover a whole new perspective of the world — upside-down!

Movement Play

When we play, we are fully in the present moment, in the zone. We learn, we adapt, we try, we understand, we feel. We experience the flow.

This class will be about exploring your body, its possibilities to move and your own strength — without even knowing that you are exercising. There will be movement games, open research, music and silence, as well as elements from vinyasa yoga. We’ll start with more isolated movements around one topic and create a flow in the end. To finish you’ll get time in stillness to sense your movement practice.

Strength and Mobility

This class is a combination of energetic lead-along exercises and partner drills. Combining various exercises and approaches from gymnastics, acrobatics, yoga and dance, it is structured into a consistent warm-up, strengthening exercises to challenge the whole body, and a cool-down to relax the engaged muscles. Improve your muscular conditioning and awareness, and at the same time have more fun with exercising. Beginners welcome!

Flexibility & Contortion

Our flexibility classes will guide you through with various flexibility drills to explore and increase your range of motion. Each class will work toward a specific peak pose, such as splits, wheel variations, forearm stands, etc.

Contortion classes can be taken by anyone looking to improve their flexibility, regardless of their level. The word contortion can often sound intimidating, when in reality it is a fun and rewarding form of flexibility training that you can implement into any floor and aerial-based disciplines. These classes are ideal to be taken in conjunction with other classes.

Acro Dance

When the two universes of dance and acrobatics merge, magic happens. The fascination of never ending inversions, the indescribable sensation of continuous momentum and the brain-related growth of learning new movement patterns are reason enough to go experience dance acrobatics. Surprise yourself by learning movements that you thought you would never be able to do, enrich your movement vocabulary and experience the connection of strength, flexibility, and coordination all at once.

Floor Acrobatics & Dance Jam

This weekly jam is aimed at bridging the gap between the dance and acrobatics worlds, bringing together dancers and acrobats. We believe that both can learn a lot from each other, and move toward a more interdisciplinary understanding of pathways, fluidity, physics, and momentum.
