Acroyoga & Partner Acrobatics
Acroyoga combines the power of acrobatics with the mindfulness of yoga, connecting two (or more) people in a playful way. And it’s easier than it looks, so anyone can learn it — regardless of age, gender or size! Regular practice will help improve strength, balance, flexibility, coordination, and spatial awareness, making it a holistic workout that can be enjoyed with friends. Working together also teaches how to build trust and communicate effectively in order to reach new heights with each other. In general, we use “acroyoga” to mean L-basing approaches to partner acrobatics (where the base is lying down). Partner acrobatics is a circus discipline involving multiple people, most often as where the base is standing. Like acroyoga, it requires strong coordination and communication between people. This practice is for anyone with a healthy sense of fearlessness and a desire to push expand their physical limits in a fun, playful way!

Aerial Yoga & Hammock
Aerial yoga combines yoga, stretching, and strength training using a suspended hammock for support and deeper movement. These low-impact classes help improve flexibility, balance and core strength, while offering stress relief and relaxation. Due to the hammock support, the classes are suitable for all levels and makes it easier to access deeper stretches and decompress the spine. Our aerial hammock classes focus on more acrobatic-style movements and therefore emphasize strength training, conditioning and core work with the hammock. ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST WEAR CLOTHES THAT COVER THE ARMPITS AND AVOID WEARING JEWELRY AND OTHER SHARP OBJECTS WHEN ON THE FABRIC.

Floor Acrobatics & Soft Acrobatics
Floor acrobatics / soft acrobatics focus on strength, flexibility, balance, and body control through ground-based acrobatic movements. Students learn skills such as rolls, handstands, bridges, cartwheels, and fluid transitions that will improve coordination, mobility, and confidence in movement.

Handstands
Turn your world upside-down! Our handstand classes welcome all levels, from total beginners to more experienced hand balancers. Work on strength and mobility especially for handstands, as well as focus on understanding the physicality of the perfect handstand alignment, which will allow you to break the rules and cook your own soup later on. Enrich your body and spatial awareness, improve your balance and strength, and discover a whole new perspective of the world. Beginners who want a more focused class may consider our Arm Balance Fundamentals, Handstand Conditioning and/or Handstands Level 0+1 courses.

Tumbling
Tumbling is a very dynamic and powerful style of floor acrobatics that involves moving continuously through skills such as rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, handsprings, and flips — similar to movements seen in gymnastics and cheerleading floor routines. Learn how to generate momentum with your body and twist as you fly in the air. Our tumbling classes use an inflatable airtrack to provide extra bounce and cushioning, creating a safer, lower-impact environment for learning and progressing skills.
