This 60-minute deep stretch class is designed to increase flexibility, mobility, and joint strength in a safe and sustainable way.

Each session begins with gentle mobility, breathwork, and alignment cues, followed by active muscle engagement and progressive stretches. We work with backbends, front splits, and middle splits, rotating weekly to support balanced full-body flexibility — without stressing the fascia.

This active, open-level class links breath with movement, guiding you through a seamless sequence of asanas to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Julia will offer options to suit your level, helping you connect with your body and enjoy a balanced, energizing practice.

Julia @yoga.wj completed her basic 200-hour yoga teacher training in India in 2016. Since then she has taught in New Zealand, Spain and Germany. Never tired of being a yoga student, she completed her 500-hour TTC certification. You can expect flowy and active hatha-based yoga classes, often incorporating different breathing techniques (pranayama). Julia likes to show different options for yoga postures (asanas) and will guide you through to help you find the most suitable option for you.
